Our claims specialist - Jason Themistoklis (BA. LLB. GDLP) - has received technical specialist training as a claims assessor for one of Australia's largest life insurers, and has worked as a claims specialist and claims advocate for one of the world's largest insurance brokers managing life insurance claims for injured and ill workers across Australia for some of the world's (and Australia's) largest companies.

With a career spanning over 10-years, including working previously as a legal practitioner for a law firm, and with over $10 million in approved insurance claims, covering TPD (Total and Permanent Disability), Income Protection / Salary Continuance, Death and Terminal Illness, our claims specialist is familiar with the protocols and processes of all main life insurers operating in Australia and has extensive, sound knowledge of life insurance claims, case law and AFCA decisions impacting claims assessments, outcomes and decisions.
